Any future HSRM app, account, resource purchase or private support feature will receive its own clear privacy information before personal data is collected.

This website
HSRM does not currently operate a public form, account system, checkout or HSRM analytics on this site. The hosting infrastructure may process standard technical information—such as an IP address, browser information and security logs—to deliver and protect the website.

When you email
If you contact HSRM, we receive the address you write from and the information you choose to include. It may be used to understand, respond to and manage your enquiry, and retained where reasonably needed for correspondence, recordkeeping or legal obligations.
HSRM does not sell or rent your personal information. Information will not be intentionally shared beyond people or service providers needed to manage the enquiry, unless required or authorised by law.

Use email with care
Ordinary email is not an appropriate place for detailed health records, safety plans, passwords, evidence of abuse or information that could place somebody at risk if a device or account is monitored.
If you are concerned about technology-facilitated abuse, consider using a safer device and review the eSafety Commissioner’s online safety checklist.

Your choices
You may ask about personal information held through HSRM correspondence, request a correction, or ask for deletion where it can lawfully and reasonably be deleted. Write to kara@thehsrm.com with the subject “Privacy enquiry”.

Urgent and specialist support
HSRM’s inboxes are not continuously monitored and are not crisis, counselling or emergency services.
